Buying a meat box from us allows you to discover the full Springwater Farm experience. Our meat boxes range in size and cost, but will contain a mixture of cuts of meat from across an animal, this way you get to stock up on a range of mealtime essentials ranging from quick and easy to cook cuts such as steaks and sausages, to slow cooking cuts such as stewing beef or pork hocks. Shopping in this way also helps us 'balance' a whole animal, selling not only the very popular bits but the slightly less one also - but when grown organically, all of the animal taste spectacular, and should be celebrated.
Throughout the year we have different meatboxes available, however it is advised to show your interest and put your name on our waiting list if a meatbox of your choice isn't available at the time you call.

A typical beef meat box includes, but is not limited to roughly 15kg beef cut in to;

4kg diced or stewing steak
Occasionally we have a sow available of which much is made in to traditionally made sausages.
