Why Organic?

We chose to have our land as Organic certified which means we adhere to; the highest animal welfare standards, soil standards, have no use of fertilisers and pesticides, follow strict rules regarding animal medication and we use no synthetic additives when processing our produce.

This is just the tip of the iceberg of what we are striving to achieve from our farming practices and conservation aims but it is also an assurance of the quality of produce we raise. We want to produce animals in a way that consumers can trust & with full transparency.

Produce they can buy with confidence that it has been well cared for and mindfully grown - always taking in to consideration your health, the animals health, and the health of our environment.

It is our deep rooted belief as custodians of the land to reach beyond certification standards and any tick box questions. We strive for roots so deep in our soil that you can see the devil, replenishing the life cycles on our farm which have been depleted by intensive modern agriculture, welcoming an abundance of diversity from grass species to animal life.

We are here to restore what man lost through short sighted stewardship & connect consumers back to their food.
